Bill Book Sathi provides a cloud-based bill management platform that allows users to create, manage, and track bills for different types of businesses. Our core services include:

• Creating and managing companies under different business types.
• Generating GST-compliant product bills with auto CGST/SGST and IGST calculation.
• Creating taxi trip bills with vehicle and driver details.
• Managing construction material records including vehicles, materials, and parties.
• Generating material bills, material GST bills, and daily chalans.
• Exporting and downloading professional PDF bills.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without prior notice.

To access Bill Book Sathi, you must create a user account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide a valid email address and a strong password during registration.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must immediately notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.
• One person may not create or maintain multiple accounts without prior approval.

Bill Book Sathi supports three types of companies. Each type unlocks specific features designed for that business. When creating a company, you must select the appropriate type that matches your actual business operations.

You may create multiple companies under a single account, each with its own type, data, and billing records. Misrepresenting your business type to access unintended features is a violation of these terms.

Bill Book Sathi provides tools to generate bills based on the data you enter. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the platform, including product details, tax rates, party information, and amounts.

• GST calculations are based on the GSTIN state codes you provide. Always ensure your GSTIN and party GSTIN details are correct.
• Bill Book Sathi is a tool to assist billing — it does not constitute professional tax or legal advice.
• You are solely responsible for filing GST returns and complying with applicable tax laws in India.
• We are not liable for any loss arising from incorrect bills generated due to wrong data entered by the user.

We take your data privacy seriously. All data you enter into Bill Book Sathi — including company details, party information, product data, and bills — is stored securely and is accessible only to you and users you authorize.

• We do not sell, share, or rent your data to any third party without your consent.
• Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption.
• You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform.
• Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

You agree not to use Bill Book Sathi for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating fake, fraudulent, or misleading bills or invoices.
• Using the platform for tax evasion or any activity that violates Indian GST laws.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its security.
• Uploading malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
• Impersonating another person, company, or entity.
• Using automated bots or scrapers to extract data from the platform.

All content, design, code, logos, trademarks, and materials on the Bill Book Sathi platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Bill Book Sathi and its owners, unless otherwise stated.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
• The "Bill Book Sathi" name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks.
• You retain ownership of the bill data and business information you enter, but grant us a limited license to process and display it within the platform.

Bill Book Sathi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bill Book Sathi and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, bills, or business records.
• Errors in GST calculations due to incorrect data entered by the user.
• Service downtime, interruptions, or technical failures.
• Any penalties or legal issues arising from misuse of generated bills.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We also reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions.

• Upon termination, your access to all companies, bills, and data will be revoked.
• We may retain certain data as required by law even after account deletion.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
